We are a busy friendly Committee led Pre-School based within the South Yate Area, providing early years childcare and education for over 40 years, for children aged from 2 years.

The Pre-school is open term time only, offering early years education for a maximum 24 children per session.

Here at Phase Five we have two settings; our 2-3 year old room (ACORNS) within the St Nicholas Church Centre Abbotswood and our 3-4 year setting (OAK TREES) at Kelston Close.

If your child attends our 2-3 year old setting; the September before they transfer to school they will automatically transfer to our Kelston Close site.

There is a wide variety of activities on offer such as local walks, cooking, messy play, outside play and yoga.  All children and parents are invited to attend our trips which we usually have 2 of; Christmas, and the end of year trip to an animal park.

A wide range of staff members are employed; all of which have a variety of qualifications, experience and who work tirelessly to provide the best possible care and education for the children who attend Pre-School.
